This painting was inspired by a wonderful beach in Liguria, where I spent most of my childhood summers. The water in that area is crystal clear and it is a protected area, because of its beauty and the unique vegetation of the seabed.

This painting was inspired by the beach in front of my host house in Coolum Beach (Australia), where I studied for a semester during high school. It was the perfect spot to take surfing lessons.
